At Mila & Rose®, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
